Steiner Leisure (STNR) engages fresh echo INTERACTIVE for all of their Web-related work, and when it came time to launch a new recruiting site, fresh echo was on the case again.

The new site - OneSpaWorld.com - is a very detailed and deep site, and required most of the fresh echo specialties: Web development (including content management and a custom job posting/application section, with full administrative capabilities), expert design (a new brand/image for the company's recruiting efforst), detailed project management (coordinating not only a detailed site, but also many different divisions of a public company, both in the US and the UK), Flash development, and Search Engine Optimization services.

The result was a very intelligent, well-constructed site that exceeded Steiner's expectations: in the first month of launch, visits and applications both jumped over 400% from previous levels. (Update: As of mid-July, 2009, the numbers are even higher.)
